All deliveries are subject to these conditions of sale and written confirmation of the order.
Unless expressly agreed, delay in delivery times cannot give rise to compensation or cancellation of the order, and in particular in the following cases:
• The payment terms have not been observed;
• Force majeure or event likely to delay or suspend the delivery of goods.
Our wines, even agreed free travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, to whom it belongs, in the event of damage or loss, to make all reservations and to exercise any recourse with the carriers, who are solely responsible, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours.
CONSERVATION AND STORAGE
To keep Champagne wine, it is necessary to keep the bottles constantly lying down, in a cool place, in the shelters from light by avoiding sudden thermal variations.
Any complaints concerning the quality of the goods, to the exclusion of any transport dispute, must be made in writing within eight days of delivery by R.A.R.
No return of merchandise may be made without our written consent, which consent does not imply any acknowledgment.
Our invoices are payable in cash net and without discount upon receipt, or by draft only after prior agreement.
ENFORCEABILITY OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The general conditions of sale are systematically given to each buyer to enable him to place an order. Consequently, placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these general conditions of sale.
MODIFICATION OF THE ORDER
Any modification or cancellation of an order requested by the buyer can only be taken into consideration by the seller if it is received in writing before the products are shipped.
SPECIAL TARIFF CONDITIONS
Any use of code to modify prices (promotional code for example) is subject to the agreement of Champagne Romain Tribaut. It can only take place if the code has been provided by Champagne Romain Tribaut.
We reserve the right to cancel its use and to cancel an order made with a code activated without authorization.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Our invoices are payable on the due date shown on them. Commercial bills sent to the customer must be returned duly accepted within the time limits in accordance with the law. For any entry into a relationship, it is customary to ask the Buyer for at least a deposit representing the value of the raw materials to be supplied as well as the costs to be incurred. In accordance with Article L441-6 of the Commercial Code, late payment penalties are due for non-payment from the day following the date of payment which appears on the invoice. The rate of these penalties is 20% per year, with a minimum of 100 €. Collection by court or by any litigation body also entails an increase of 5% of the amount claimed, with a minimum lump sum of € 100. The same provisions are applied in the event of insolvency proceedings. Failure to pay for our goods and wines on the due date will result in the immediate payability of all sums remaining due regardless of the method of payment provided and the application as penalty clauses, of compensation equal to 15% of the sums due.
RESERVE OF OWNERSHIP CLAUSE
In accordance with Law No. 80-335 of 12/05/1980, the goods mentioned remain the property of Champagne Romain Tribaut until full payment has been made.
The currency risk is the responsibility of the buyer. Any re-export of our wines, whatever the country, is prohibited.

In application of the law "Informatique et Liberté" of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have a right to access and rectification of data concerning you. Requests should reach us by mail.
